We've set up a flexible booking policy to make it as accessible as possible for organised campers to reserve the dates that work best whilst understanding that unforeseen circumstances can disrupt best laid plans when a group/family of up to 6 are going on an adventure.

• Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.

• Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.

• Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
